Business Development
Simon has worked in the UK manufacturing industry since 2009. 12 of these years have been within the world of composites, working predominantly within the prepreg sector across engineering and business development roles.
A degree in Product Design helps support clients during the R&D stages, while being involved from the outset of a project presents an opportunity to appreciate the time and effort required to engineer and produce the final product, whether it be for volume production or a unique and truly special one off.
Vittorio Flosi
Head of Sales
Vittorio is Head of Sales at Microtex Composites, with over 20 years of experience in engineering, project management, and product development. He drives development and customer relationships for high-performance composite applications.
His expertise covers fibre selection, fabric construction, manufacturing optimization, and material development. Before his current role, he spent more than six years as Senior Project Manager at Microtex, leading projects in automotive, carbon fibre prepregs, sustainability, and international markets.
